According to Iraqi sources, the country's security forces found the rockets that were ready to target the UAE's Dana Gas Company at the Khor Mor gas field in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Earlier in June, a rocket targeted the employee housing of UAE energy firm Dana Gas in Sulaymaniyah in northern Iraq, landing in the company’s Khor Mor gas field, but caused no damage.
Khor Mor is one of the largest gas projects in Iraqi Kurdistan and produces about 452 million cubic feet per day of gas.
